Step 1 – Research your target audience, and find out which platforms they use (and go there)

Step 2. If you already have audience, use analytics to find out about them, and what content they prefer!
If you’re starting out, this might not be possible. But if you do have data, make sure you check it and see if your previous content is hitting the mark with your target audience.
