Now we’ve seen people test the waters with the free ChatGPT version rolled out in 2023, people are starting to figure out how it can work for them. We’re doing a lot of training on AI tools for workflows (it’s not just ChatGPT, there’s loads out there!) and we see 2025 as a doubling-down of AI Tools and making them work for you.
Metta’s Mark Zukenburg says “AI has had “a positive impact on nearly all aspects of our work.” And spent aprox $160million in 2024.

2. Social Media will still be a focus
Facebook is still the top social media platform for market share in the UK (66%) but LinkedIn gains members year-on-year.
