Show Notes:
1. Google Play Store introduces a nifty change: Local app ratings
Downloading a highly-rated app that features content from all over the world might sound like a safe bet, but it’s pretty useless if parts are blocked in your region. The company is also introducing device type-wise rating next year.

2. .... And local app Yik Yak is back…
Your favorite anonymous local based social media app YikYak is back in app stores in the US, enables users to share their thoughts anonymously, with other users in a 5 mile radius then able to view those comments and notes (called 'Yaks') and either upvote them or provide their own responses
3. Facebook is bringing calling back to the main app
Some users will be able to make voice and video calls directly from the app soon. While currently, this is just a test, the company said this feature will “reduce the need to jump back and forth between Facebook’s main app and its Messenger service.” Moving towards the all-in-one app of their dreams.
