Wateraid new skill - https://www.charitydigitalnews.co.uk/2019/04/12/wateraid-launches-its-first-alexa-voice-skill/  increasing their interaction with givers and members and making the connection to the people the charity supports more real. The content of WaterAid Voices features a letter from the village of Tarafangitra in Madagascar looking at issues such as food, music, wildlife as well as water and hygiene.
